Accounts are set to roll over February 1st, 2024!

Nope! Just sit back and relax! We will handle all the nitty gritty. You just need to remember to re-enroll in online banking with SCCU starting February 1st.

Your accounts will be converted to the closest possible account to what you currently have. You won’t see any changes in your loan rates but you might want to look into the added perks that come with many of SCCU’s deposit & savings accounts!

Absolutely not! We are committed to keeping both the Hayward and Cable branches open and running. In fact, we plan to open a new updated branch in Hayward to better serve the HCCU members and employees (and prevent the flooding issue that is happening currently!)
The branches will be closed for half a day January 31st, starting at noon so keep that in mind!

As long as you had an active card as of 11.30.2023 you will be getting sent a new card! We don’t have an exact date quite yet, but once you get it you’ll be able to use it starting February 1st, 2024!

Starting February 1st your HCCU cards will no longer process transactions. You should see a new card coming in the mail soon though! You can activate it before February 1st but it won’t work until 2.1.24.

Bill Pay through HCCU will end January 1st, 2024. Make sure to gather all your bill payee info now and save it in a safe spot so you can re set it up in February!

Mobile check deposits will be accepted through January 15th, 2024. Stop into a branch between 1.15.24-2.1.24 to deposit a check while this service is down.

Our Hayward and Cable branches will only close for half a day as we finalize the process of switching accounts! These branches will close at 12pm, January 31st and are expected to reopen bright and early February 1st!

Yes, we promise it will be SO worth it though! We just got a new app and online banking which is truly out of this world. You can control your cards, link external accounts, build budgets, see your credit score, and more!
